Purchase your advance timed e-tickets to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo! You must enter the Zoo during the time listed on your ticket.
- Timed advance e-tickets are required. This includes children ages 2 and under. Why Advance Tickets?
- Your ticket will indicate the earliest time you can enter the Zoo. From the ticketed time, you have a half-hour window to enter the Zoo (for example, if your ticket is for 10 a.m., you need to be in line to enter the Zoo by 10:30 a.m.). Once you’re inside, you are welcome to stay in the Zoo until closing time (typically 5 p.m.).
- ATTENTION MEMBERS: Please note that advance timed tickets are required, even as a member. If free member tickets for your chosen day/time are not available, you are welcome to purchase non-member tickets, but they will not be covered as free under your membership. You will be purchasing them at the non-member price.
