EVENT DETAILS:
5:30-6:30 p.m. – General Admission Timed Tickets
Event Ends at 7:30 p.m.
The Loft will be closed for maintenance on during this event, but pop-up animal presentations and interactions still may occur outside the building.
TICKET DETAILS:
- Your timed ticket indicates the earliest time you can enter the Zoo.
- Please be in line to enter the Zoo within 20 minutes after your ticketed time.
- Early arrivals or arrivals later than 20 minutes past your ticketed entry time may not be accommodated. If you arrive early for your time slot, please wait in your car until your entry time begins. Arriving during your designated arrival time will help us manage traffic flow into our parking lot and through the admission gates
- Once you enter the Zoo during your ticketed time, you are welcome to stay as long as you like until the Zoo closes at 7:30 p.m.
- Tickets are available online only. No ticket sales at the front gate.
- All individuals visiting the Zoo must have their own advance e-ticket, including children age 2 and under.
- Your Quarters for Conservation fee of 75¢ for each Silent Night ticket will be added at check-out.
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo using your likeness on Cheyenne Mountain Zoo’s website or promotional postings, including social media, advertising and event calendars.
MILITARY AND SENIOR DISCOUNTS:
Follow the instructions below for eligible discounts. Discounted tickets will not be honored at the gate without proper identification. No other passes or coupons will be applicable for a discount during the event.
Military Discount: The military discount is offered to all active duty, veteran and retired military personnel, and their dependents living in the same household. You must show your valid military ID at Admissions to validate your discounted military tickets to Electric Safari. We will accept the following:
-- A valid military / retired military ID.
-- A copy of your DD214.
-- Your state driver’s license printed with veteran indicator or military identifier.
-- Your ID issued by the VA, VFW or American Legion.
Senior Discount: Please bring a valid ID showing your age of 65+ to validate your discounted senior tickets at Admissions.
MEMBER DISCOUNT:
If you’re registered online as a member:
- Click the “Buy e-Tickets” button
- Sign-in (or register if you don’t have an online account) to apply your membership discount by using the orange SIGN-IN button at the top right of the buy tickets page
- Your member discount will appear in the final shopping cart, once your tickets have been chosen.
Are you registered online, but forgot your member login?
- Click the SIGN-IN button at the top right of the page and choose the ‘forgot my password’ option. Enter the email you registered with, and you will receive a link to reset the password for login.
- If you do not receive a reset email, you likely haven’t registered as a member. You can do that before reserving your tickets to receive your discount. You can register HERE
- If you cannot remember the email you registered with, please email membership@cmzoo.org, and we will be happy to send you that information.
Who qualifies for member e-tickets?
Anyone who is listed on a current membership can get fully discounted member tickets.
- For an Individual Plus membership, the primary card holder and his/her guest is included.
- For a Family or Grandparent membership, the one or two adults and any children listed on the card are included.
- For Family Plus and higher, any “Plus” people are included (x1 for Family Plus, x2 for Conservator and higher).
- Third Adults can also get the member ticket if they are listed on the membership.
- Additional guests who are not included on the membership must purchase a non-member ticket.

REFUND POLICY:
Purchased online tickets can be refunded or exchanged up to two weeks prior to event date. Refunds for purchased tickets are not available within two weeks of ticketed date for any reason. Silent Night will take place, rain or shine. No refunds or transfers for inclement weather. Email specialevents@cmzoo.org for refund requests.
COVID-19 SPECIFIC INFORMATION:
- ZOO GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS WHEN INSIDE ANY ZOO BUILDINGS, due to the mandate by the state of Colorado.
- We strongly encourage wearing a mask when within 6 feet of other households in outdoor areas.
