WHAT YOU GET

Visit on Your Schedule — No timed entry required. Arrive with your pre-purchased Rideshare/Taxi Ticket when it’s convenient for you on the date purchased. The last entry to the event will be at 7 p.m.

Guaranteed Entry — Even if Boo at the Zoo is sold out of advance timed on-site parking tickets, you can purchase a Rideshare/Taxi Ticket and your spot is secure.
HOW TO PURCHASE

Buy your Rideshare/Taxi Ticket(s) for a specific date below. (Click on the orange “Other Dates” button above to choose a different date.) Advance purchase required.

Take a rideshare or taxi service to Boo at the Zoo on that special event date.

Bring your rideshare receipt to Admissions. No receipt = no entry.
Please Note:

Rideshare/Taxi Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase.

Rideshare/Taxi Tickets must be validated at Admissions with your dated ride receipt on your smartphone.

If you are not able to validate your Rideshare/Taxi Tickets with a dated receipt, you will be turned away without a refund, so make sure you can produce a receipt on your smartphone.

Only receipts from rideshare or taxi services will be accepted. Sorry, friend/family rides/drop-offs, carpooling or shuttle services are not eligible for this ticket option.
TICKET DETAILS
- You are reserving Boo at the Zoo admission e-tickets, valid ONLY for the date listed on the e-ticket.

REFUND POLICY: No refunds or exchanges. Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is an all-weather venue, and is open 365 days a year, regardless of weather. No refunds or exchanges will be given for inclement weather or any other reason.

Last entry into the event will be at 7 p.m. Boo at the Zoo closes at 8:30 p.m.

These e-tickets are not valid for special events or promotions and do not include Mountaineer Sky Ride.

These e-tickets are non-refundable and are valid for one-time use only.

These e-tickets cannot be applied towards a purchase at the Zoo.
ADULT (12-64), CHILD (3-11), SENIOR (+65)
- You will receive a barcode e-ticket via email to show on your phone (or print) for redemption at the Zoo admission gate. Each barcode is valid for one-time use.
- To validate your Rideshare/Taxi Ticket, you must also present a ride receipt at Admissions, as outlined above.
- Your Quarters for Conservation (Q4C) fee of 75¢ for each admission (including ages 2 & under) will be added at check-out.
- Our discounted military tickets are offered to all active duty, veteran and retired military personnel. You must show any of the following at Admissions to verify the discounted tickets for you, your spouse and your dependents living in the same household:

A valid military/retired military ID

Your state driver's license printed with veteran indicator or military identifier

Your ID issued by the VA, VFW or American Legion

A military spouse ID, if the military member is not present
- No other discounts will apply to discounted military tickets.
- For discounted senior tickets, you must show an ID at Admissions to validate your age is 65+.
- Maximum of one discount per ticket.
- For children ages 2 and under, enter quantity of tickets needed below. Their Q4C fee of 75¢ will be calculated into your total at check-out.
