Booth Set-up:
|
Setup is on Thursday, June 25 between 3:15 to 5:15 p.m. You will be emailed with an exact arrival time closer to the event. By sticking to this time as closely as possible, you can help us avoid traffic jams at the check-in booth.
Due to large crowds at the event, exhibitors and staff who arrive late may be denied entry.
Your booth must be set and ready to go by 5:45 p.m. (or 4:45 p.m. for VIP vendors).
We highly recommend scheduling an on-site visit before the event.
