Corporate Membership

To Purchase a Membership:

*Before purchasing a membership, please consider purchasing non-member tickets for your preferred time and upgrading to a membership within 14 days. You can find the information on membership upgrades HERE. For all other active members, we appreciate your flexibility and encourage you to choose a different date or time.


  1. Register a new account, or sign-in to your existing account (use 'Sign-in or Register' orange bottons above, top-right).
  2. Once signed in, **enter the names to include on the membership form below.
* If you are already signed in, thank you! Scroll down and continue your renewal process.
** If you needed to register before signing in, click the 'register' button at the top right of this page. After registering, navigate back to the main membership page to click the 'join, renew or gift' button for the membership level you are purchasing.


EXISTING MEMBERS:

- You will need to sign-in or register to renew or sign-up, even if you are an existing member (using the orange buttons above, top-right).
- If you have never registered, the information you enter here must match your existing membership record (you can find this information in your welcome or renewal emails/letters) to avoid duplication.
- If you are unable to register an email, it may already be registered in the system.
- If the forgot password function does not work, then the email you are attempting to use is not registered.
- If you are having difficulties registering or logging in, please contact membership at membership@cmzoo.org or (719) 424-7830 and we can confirm the details of your account, help with a password reset or assist with registration and membership sign-up.


DISCOUNTS & REFUNDS:

A code must be used for military and/or renewal discounts. Partial refunds for discounts not redeemed at check-out will not be offered. Memberships are non-refundable after purchase. Email membership@cmzoo.org for details.


RECOVER PASSWORD:

  • TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD - CLICK HERE.
  • If a password reset is not sent, you have not registered that email in this system or you may not have registered at all.
  • *Please note, the password reset may end up in your spam folder. Check all junk mail before proceeding, just to be sure.
  • If you still need assistance, call the membership office to sign-up over the phone at 719-424-7830. Membership will be able to confirm whether or not you have an existing account.


ADDING SKY RIDE DAY PASS:

  • If you are looking to add the members only Sky Ride Day Pass to your membership for an additional $35, please click this link Members Only Sky Ride Day Pass, or use the gray "Members Only Sky Ride Day Pass" tab at the top of this screen to add it into your cart.
  • This pass allows unlimited FREE rides during daytime Zoo hours for anyone listed on your membership (including Third Adults and "Plus" guests included on specific membership levels).
    • Please note that this pass excludes free rides for any after-hours or members-only events.
    • Non-member guests attending with you are not included in the Sky Ride Day Pass.
  • The Sky Ride Day Pass can be added to your active membership at any time, but will expire on the same date as your membership (regardless of when it is purchased).
